Do the headbands come pre-tied?Yes- all headbands will be packed pre-tied. If you choose to- you can untie it to adjust the size.

When will I receive my order?Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivery can take between 3-10 days depending on location

I purchased an item from you but I'd like to exchange it for a different one. Can I do that?Yes, however shipping costs to return and receive the new item will be at your own expense and if the item you are wanting to exchange it for is more expensive/cheaper we will adjust your invoice accordingly.

Will I receive any information about my order?Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been paid. You will then receive a shipping email to confirm your order has been shipped. This email will include the tracking number.

I signed up to your newsletter but haven't received my discount.Check your junk/spam folders. If you haven't received it, contact us at info@ivyloveltd.com and we will provide you with a code straight away.

How do I clean the headbands?We recommend spot cleaning the product by hand & letting them dry flat • Washer & dryer not recommended

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
